Testing Methods

IDDSI Flow Test

  1. Use a 10mL syringe (specific type required)
  2. Fill to 10mL mark
  3. Allow to flow for 10 seconds
  4. After 10 seconds, check remaining volume
Pass Result: 0mL remaining (complete flow through in <10 seconds)
