Testing Methods

Easy to Chew - Fork Pressure Test

  1. For Easy to Chew: Apply fork pressure
  2. Check that food can be easily bitten through
Pass Result: Easy to Chew: Food is soft-tender and can be easily cut with side of fork

Foods to Avoid

  • -Easy to Chew may exclude: very hard, crunchy, tough, chewy, or fibrous foods
