Extremely Thick / Pureed

Usually eaten with a spoon. Does not require chewing. Falls off spoon in a single spoonful when tilted.

Testing Methods

Fork Drip Test

  1. Collect sample on fork
  2. Hold fork horizontally
  3. Tilt fork and observe
Pass Result: Sits above fork, does not flow through tines continuously

Spoon Tilt Test

  1. Place sample on spoon
  2. Tilt spoon to 45 degrees
  3. Observe behavior
Pass Result: Slides off in a cohesive mass; does not stick or leave significant residue
